First GC's!!

Installed my first GC's (Hornady) tonight and I can hardly wait for the LLA to dry! Cast some RD 359-190's last weekend and TL'd them last night. Decided to install GC's tonight and out of 110 boolits only 2-3 didn't snap right on, those finally seated OK. Ran them thru the .359 sizer Mike recommends and relubed. Have a bit of 45-70 and 45-90 shooting to do this weekend but somehow I suspect a few of these will be heading for dirt at about 2100 fps this weekend. Seemed almost too easy, proof's in the shootin'!

Well, you are just gonna HAVE to wait.
Everybody else has to, so you do, too.

I set mine in front of a shop fan on low. Seems to hasten the drying.

Thanks, guys. Results were a bit disappointing but I'm working on the solution. 45-70 and 45-90 not working either. Only problem is I only have two weekends before I head for the woods for a week. Looks like I'll have to hunt with j-bullets one more year.
