    Warning, may be habit forming

With the draught in Texas, I have not done much shooting for fear of one little spark placing properties and lives at risk.
So, I started a new hobby of ordering knife blanks and assembling my own knives.
    Recent projects:

    Nice work.

I prefer to do business with Ragweed - He's a BP shooter.
    Both sites have good tutorials.
The Helle blades are a good choice for laminated stainless, but the outer core is on the soft side.
The Rosselli's do not have a fancy finish, but I've seen several comments from forgers that if they didn't forge their own, Rosseli would be their first pick.
I have the hunter and just finished the carpenter, and the edge you can put on these is "scary sharp".

    Great work!

Don't use the drought as an excuse not to shoot. Brass, Copper, and lead CANNOT create sparks! There's a reason that they use brass/lead hammers around flammable materials.

If you were using a flammable filler, like cotton or something like that it might...

Only Armor piercing/steel core bullets can spark. From watching the movies, I guess all they shoot is AP from all the sparks that show up! lol.
