Hey P.K. I won a Benchmade at a PPC match some time ago. AWESOME knife. Never cut leather or cardboard!! That will dull it in a heartbeat. Mine is a model 551SOD. I have a number of pocket knives, never carried this one, too expensive to replace...Nice to see the information on service... Thanks for listing it...bigmac

Yes the Sharpen the knifes There service is great
Guess I have to ask Why? A while back I had to send my Benchmade in to replace some screws that had fallen out. I made the mistake of not asking them NOT to sharpen it, didn't have a clue that they would. Long story short, I still haven't got the edge back on it that I want. At least they didn't screw up the serrated portion of the blade. Regards, Woody
