I am looking to find out the inside diameter of a Lee 20-4. How long can the ingot be?
Inside diameter of mine is slightly less than four inches. I use angle iron ingot molds that are approximately 10 inches long. This allows them to set accros the top of the pot to preheat, driving out any accumulated moisture so the tinsel fairy doesn't come for a visit.
I also use muffin tins for ingots, three or four will fit in an empty pot.

How do you get a 10" ingot in the pot after it is heated?
On end. It will get shorter as it melts.

Yep, they kind of self feed when you get the angle right.
