    Question about gas checks

Finally got my lubrisizer set up and working. Now I have a newbie question. There is a little lube on the bottom of the gas check after it has been run through the sizer. Do I have to have that completely clean and off the check before I load? Will the powder stick to it and cause a problem? It is not caked on or anything like that, but just smeared.

Thanks for the help in advance.

No need to clean the boolit bottom really that good. Just wipe the boolit base across some paper before putting the boolit into the case. If you are worried about it, then as an extra step dip the boolit base into some baby powder which is good smelling corn starch. ... felix
