I just received the Weatherby vanguard VGL "light" 30-06 rifle I purchased from him. Even though I haven't had a chance to shoot the rifle as of yet I am sure it is a straight shooter just like him.

Seriously he did and he is a straight shooter in my book. I purchased a punch to make wads and he sold me a nice punch and included some cork material to get me started. What a guy! Thanks George.

Sounds good. I've got the correct sight on the way and I'm looking out for a correct artillery toggle.
But I sort of think that 'bubba' may have been on to something with his modification. As it sits the gun has a 12" sight radius. The solder bit on the front sight actually gives a nice sight picture. This might be a nice shooter as it is.
