    general 223 questions for you all

    ok if i was to get a custom mold made in this caliber, would it have to have a gas check or no. im looking for a light like 55 grain spitters. this would be a plinker. i would go lighter then 55 if i could. im looking for a paper puncher. would anyone know if this would work or not

    Would depend on your throat basically. How long it is will determine your bullet weight.

    Any bullet design NEI Handtools makes can be made into a PB version.

    I use the RCBS 22-055-SP, part number 82007 in .222 Remington and 22/250 with great results up to 2500 fps. using straight linotype. This is a GC design, and I doubt any PB boolit could be pushed that hard.
