    300 Weatherby Load????

    I am looking for some cast loads to run through my 300 Weatherby. I have a Lyman manual and wasn't to impressed with the number of loads listed for the 300 Weatherby. Are there any other manuals that would have more information for loading cast loads in the 300? Thanks for your help.

    30/06 loads will be safe I think and there are tons of those in the book. Read up on fillers.

    I used 23 gr 2400 with 311291 and a pinch of dacron...dale

    I shoot 27g of 2400 behind the LEE 168g SP . Shoots about 1" at 100yards. Very mild should be around 1850fps.
