Help with LAM 2 sizer die

I have had a RCBS LAM 2 for a couple years and no real problems. I have been getting some pretty bad leading in a couple of pistols and after turning over every stone, finally measured diameter of one of my boolits sized in the .422 sizer measured .450" (for .45 colt ) which had been passed through the .452 die. When I set up the sizer, bullets came out .452 and some that I sized earlier last year (2010) also measured .452 so any ideas??? Do I really need to clean out a sizer die?? Thanks in advance.
