It is, but it deletes the charge arm with a aluminum wheel. Nice for tight areas on top of a press, someone should make an stl for that to function with the universal die.

They do flare, you get to pick how mich by the insert you pick. They would work in Lee's long and short die, might need spacers. I could check on the universal die later. They are just like Lee...

I tried both of these funnels against a 5.45mm case, you can see the neck of the case passes above the narrowest point on the Lee funnel. The MIT funnel on the other hand, the neck rest just below...

The funnel came early. It looks exactly like a Lee funnel, but this one is marked 17-45 cal instead of Lee's 22-45 cal. I think I'll like it.
