My goal for this 200 grain load was “silent without a silencer” and I got pretty close with a 16” barrel. I would like a 24” barrel for further drop in muzzle pressure. Then hopefully I could...

Welcome to the forum!
Excellent question for a first post! I feel like I read somewhere that H110 loads get a 3% reduction from maximum and most other powder calls for a ten percent reduction...
Was the difference in data for different crimp? Does a roll crimp generate more pressure?
Did you check the weights of the powder and shot dropped?

How many buckets full do you want to get rid of?
Thanks
What an excellent idea! Thank you!
I have some 0.440” round balls I acquired in an auction and was trying to figure out ways to use them in 12 gauge. Buried in shot worked but is wasteful and...

There are some loads in the bpi Coyote manual using longshot and blue dot. OB16 gas seal and nitro cards on top of that. Teflon wrap around the shot, if you are placing an order. Or I can give you...
All this talk about 410 buckshot has me thinking. I bought some TPS wads for tungsten turkey loads. Now I can’t wait to get home and see if number one buckshot fits in them?

I’d like to see photos of the contents of the bucket of “lead” you got. I bet it’s rich with antimony and was someone’s stash for enriching soft lead before you got it.
And I really really like...

Isn’t Vista Outdoors selling the ammunition side to a foreign entity already? It is in the works, if it isn’t done already.

Do you have another nifty formula like that for stacking by fours?

I’ve seen recipes for 00...

So are there any American made nail clippers?

Performance may be similar but the pressure and breech thrust is too much for a Contender. The 7.62x39 would have to be loaded to a lower pressure because the body is larger diameter than 30-30. So...
If you wind up in Tennessee you’re welcome to try out mine. I’d be really tempted by a lever action 327 as well!
