I have that load data and have used it in my Ruger Convertible. Talk about a load that has some punch!!! My buddy was all about his .357 hot loads til he shot a cylinder of those babies. lol

Hi Don. I was rereading this thread and I’m wondering which boolit is 265 gr hp for this load. I see the 255gr both RCBS and LYMAN but nothing else.

Go to Craigslist in cities. Sometimes you can find some that has been for sale for a while. Buyer will ship sometimes. Try to stay in the $3 per pound range. $5 at most. Buy only "hallmarkrd" pewter

Thats for neck annealing. We need to anneal the whole thing. In my limited experience you can't anneal too much on prepping 40 brass to swage 45 projectiles.

Annealing in the Lee pot is good. Turn the lights out and you can see better when they start to glow.
