I do not think a 219 Zipper reamer will clean up a 223 chamber but you might try a 225 Winchester. Brass and dies are cheaper and about the same velocity as the Zipper.

Try running your 223 cases into a 22 Jet die a short way to start the shoulder forming. I used this method when I make .221 Rem. out of 223. ALSO I use die wax not case lube.
