If you have ever used a tape recorder much you probably have a degaussing tool. Just plug it in and wave the tip over the outside of the powder bottle and it should remove all the magnetism.

All my loads are in magnum brass. If my powder charge is less than 50% of capacity I usually deep seat the bullets over the shoulder or the ogive, depending on the bullet.

Longshot is another very nice powder for the 210-215 gr. SWCs. Very accurate and shootable in the 1050-1100 fps range.

Using a commercial coated 240 SWC I've had great accuracy with the following loads, all well below maximum for the 44 mag:
8.5 gr of Herco @ 975 fps
8.5 gr of N330 @ 1,000 fps
9.5 gr of N340...

With jacketed bullets it is less necessary to match bullet diameter to bore diameter-- your .430" jacketed bullets will shoot fine.

8-9 gr of Unique makes a great lighter load.

Deep-seat the bullets (like the one on the left) to roll crimp on the ogive of the bullet over 9 gr. of Longshot for about 900 fps.

I ran some loads through Gordon's Reloading Tool and came up with these loads for the Hornady 350 gr. RN and each of your powders @ 28 kpsi.

IMR-4198 . . . 43.0 gr. gives 1925 fps
Alliant R7 . ....

Do you have a chronograph? If so, start with 10 gr. of Blue Dot and work down to your subsonic velocity.

If you can give us an OAL of the bullet, and the length from base to the bottom crimp groove, we can give you some decent approximations. Longshot or HS6 would be excellent choices for powders.
