I used a foam adhesive that comes in a caulk tube.
I don’t remember the brand but it’s in the aisle with caulk.
It worked

I bought a 1952 Marlin 336 RC with the perch belly forearm.
Back when you could buy Marlins for under $200 all day.

Wheel weights were free back then too. :)

Looks like a good heavy crimp. If your case isn’t getting a bulge then I think it’s fine.

They are nice looking cartridges.

Ruger 10/22 is a nice carbine for the price. Mine is a tack driver for $200

But I trim them to the same length so the crimp is consistent
