The only other clues I can offer are that it is a Hensley & Gibbs one-cavity mould.
"392" stamped on the side of one block.
A quick check with calipers suggest that it is 0.392"....

RCBS Pistol moulds are cut for 10:1 Lead:Tin alloy. Rifle moulds are cut for LinoType.

What you see is pressure galling. The new brass is chemically clean and it is welding small particles to the sizing die Carbide ring.
