Have used IMR 4064, BLC2, and Varget with 147-150 gr jacketed in my M1. All worked well but did find the BLC2 needed mag primers. Suspect any of the loads in the post above will work just fine.

Was at the range today and tried them in my Colt-Walther 1911 and ran about 60 through it without a single problem. Must have a more forgiving chamber than my 513T. Actually were quite accurate as...
When I first started loading cast in the 45 used the roll crimp as shown in the article. Got out of 45 for a while and when starting back picked up a used set of Hornady dies at a gun show and the...

The RN like the 311291 feed fine in my 03A3 and in a pre-64 M70 I used to own. The 311041 with the flat point would hang up in the extractor cut on both. The drawing for the 31-194 looks similar to...

Have used SWC with speed loaders and sometimes the shoulder on the bullet will hang up on the edge of the chamber and slow the reloading process. RN and TC bullets will slide right in making for a...

Found another floater this AM but cause of death was obvious, the last 1/3 of what had been a 9-10 inch bass was bitten off! Checked the gills and they looked healthy. Don't have any big fish in the...

The bass I found this AM was fresh but didn't think to cut it open. Heck, wouldn't know what I was looking for. From what I could see of the gills they looked fine.
By this afternoon the black...

Any of the above could cause issues but would expect it affect all the fish. There is no run-off other than the grassy slope in my yard and the neighbor and she doesn't apply chemicals of any kind. ...

Having traveled a bit of the world learned early that if the local cuisine tastes good DON'T ASK FOR THE RECIPE. There are some things it's better not to know.
Pachmayr Presentation grips come in a large size for the K frames, might try those.

Had the threads strip on my LAM I that I bought used. Not sure how old it was but pretty sure was a lot newer than yours. RCBS had me send it back and sent me a new LAM II free. Nostalgia is fine...

The Krag I owned had the same issue. Didn't use the O ring but simply fire formed and then neck sized only. Doing it that way there were no further issues.
