Are you giving lt enough time to completely fill and to completely empty on each stroke? IIRC Lee suggests 1 second for each 10 grains for both filling and emptying.

Right now I have 4 starters in the refrigerator the youngest of which is just over 40 years old. I keep them in the plastic refrigerator bowls in amounts of either 200 grams or 300 grams depending on...
since you can get standard 7/8 - 14 dies in your press, it sounds like (since you have an original press) you have only the 1 -1/4 12 adapter in place. By now it may be stuck. Try using a large...
There are three versions of the Classic Cast Single Stage press all of which have the same catalog number. The first and third versions have the frame tapped for 1 1/4 - 12 threads. The first...

I googled it and this was an early response.

Yes it just acts as a spacer. You could even make it the same size as the bottom of the lubesizer. I don't have a heater so I just bolt it down to the bench. If I did have a heater I would think...
The seal plug o-ring is Lyman Paart No. 2990623.
It is 1 1/16 id and 1/16 thick.
FWIW I just cut a circle out of a cereal box to match the diameter of the recess in the base, Siliconed...

If you get a digital scale get one that will read down to 1 milligram. This is .02 grains. If you get a good scale and then weigh the same thing ( such as a 1 inch length of wire) daily for several...

Mine was a gift from someone who was moving and couldn't take it to their new locations. It was built by someone who also had limited carpentry skills. The top was a 5' length of a solid core door....

I had a similar problem. When I looked down into the cases of the offenders I saw a burr left over from when the primer hole was punched. A 5/64 drill applied to the burr eliminated the problem.
The curved follower appears to be a Pachmayer. Are the lips on that magazine tapered or parallel?
I'm assuming you have the Lee 4 die set for the 10mm cartridge. Seat a boolet with their seating die. Now readjust that die so that it crimps. ( seating stem moves up in the die and die body moves...

Unless you have a powder measure on every one of them you might try the pint or half gallon size zipper type refrigerator bags. They are transparent so you could see the labels on the toolhead.

I have a shelf that runs the full width of my bench and is about 10 inches above the bench top. I keep all of the toolheads on their stands underneath the shelf. This way they are protected yet they...

My first progressive was a Dillon 300. When the 550s came out I sold it and got a 550B which has been my mainstay for years. I also have a Lee Classic Cast single stage which sees use for loading...

When I was new at casting I bought the Lyman ladle. One of my mentors, who was along to help me with my shopping, took the ladle and said he needed to modify it. When I got it back a few days later...

In addition to using the angled tweezers like georgerkahn suggested above I made a "loading tray" from one of the inserts in a 22lr ammo box. All I had to do to the flat insert with the holes in it...

One way to do it is to measure the diameter of the boolit, Seat it, and then run it into the CFCD (carbide factory crimp die ) far enough to get all of the boolit through the bottom sizing part of...
H and I come from the Lyman parts diagrams. H is the body of the sizing die and I is the plunger that goes up and down in the body or H part.
My suspicion is that the boolit is not going down far...
