Wondering if you guys adjust your custom mold sizes if you are using it exclusively for powdercoating, since it adds 1-2 thousandths?

I've had a similar problem with certain boolits and autos, a good reason not to double coat. And a good reason not to load 100%+. And to use a good strong taper crimp to prevent setback.

Bullet length matters. Your COL will be the same no matter what if you don't adjust the seating die. The longer the bullet (at same COL) the less case capacity. So I look for data on jacketed bullets...

Wouldn't a shorter seating depth rectify that? Unless your bullet is maximum length and barely fits as it is, just seat a little deeper.

I bought a 9mm, 40/10mm, and a 50 from Dave and Kim. They are very nice and helpful. Using the dies takes a little learning, like with casting. The dies need a little lubricant, like WD40 or case...
