I know the feeling, I have broken my share of reamers [smilie=b:. With 4 flutes .224" reamer tips get really thin, so my latest reamer is 3 flute :wink:. Keep up the good work.

I was thinking about 0.02" as max depth for groove.
Teeths on my cannelure wheel are about 0.015" deep and 0.02" apart.

You are right, it's simple way to trim cases and really easy to smash cutting edge, if not properly set. But when properly set there is no problem, and it's easy to make new bushings....

Here is my pinchtrim die to trim .38 spl cases. Just add correct lenght and diameter bushing to trim other caliber cases.
Lenght adjustments should be easy with hot glue and washers :mrgreen:.
