From a clean burning standpoint, the dirtiest was the Bullseye. I short indoor 38/55 and have good accuracy and very clean with Trailboss.

ALWAYS use a brass range rod in the field and at the range. Mine is in four pieces threaded on all ends for multi purpose. The wooden rod is functional but is used more as decoration.

I use it in my 38/55 for 25 yard indoor competition. I use 6 grains behind a 255 grain fn boolit. It shoots very well.
