My 1886 24" "Sporting Rifle" is a Pedersoli and I think Chiappa use Ped actions with their own barrel. If that is so, my is very reliable and accurate.

Yes, left hand stock. The smith did a wonderful job finishing the barrel at 22" with 1:10" ROT. It shoots 100gn cast boolits as well as "J" boolits!

Think yourselves "lucky" at our gun club you can't shoot any round that exceeds 308 Winchester so that excludes 17Rem, 270 Win, 30.06 etc; also any firearm with a barrel shorter than 20" is a no no....

I have a Pedersoli "Lightning Pump" in 44/40. A few teething problems but now utterly reliable. Another manufacturer of pumps would be great!

Have CH dies in 303 Epps, 577 Snider, 12.7x44R quality dies no problems.
