You need more than a 2/4 . You need a more rigid set up , another large piece of 3/4 inch plywood glued and screwed to what you have.

Depends whats in the bucket. Is it mostly 22 or jacketed bullets? If it is then that will be soft lead. If it mostly cast boolits it will already be alloyed pretty close to what your looking...

You need to replace the ejector lift spring . Take it apart they are not that complicated .
How can you fit a round that is 1.638 in the cycl. that is 1.610 ?:shock:
Are you loading from the magazine?,Or dropping the round in the barrel , and closing the slide
If the later, you may not be getting the extractor over the rim of the case.
Therefor it cant pull...
