Rangebrass.us is the cheapest I've ever seen. The problem is it's almost never in stock. I've bought 2k cases from them when they are in stock.

Not the commercial ones. Being hard cast, they shouldn't deform much, if at all. Casting your own with softer lead may get you there.

For my x39AR, I use a Lee universal expander die first before seating the bullet. I imagine it's a similar process for 300BO.
