I'm not sure what's legal in CA, but I've been using 1:1:1 MEK, Xylene, ATF for a few years; no desire to go back to the original.

The NOE 200 Gr WFN with Hi Tek works great in my G20.

I also used LLA many years ago and quit for similar reasons. Since I discovered Ben's "BLL" tumble lube mixture, I have returned to tumble lubing wherever feasible. It's a huge time saver, I just...

For what it's worth, I load 360-180-WFN GC to 2000fps for varmints in the .358 Win. It holds 2.5-3" at 100 yards.

When running Hi-tek coated subs in an AR through a sealed can, there is typically a great deal of carbon, but no leading. The carbon cleans up with a few hour soak in ED'S Red, followed by a...
That is fascinating on so many different levels - one of the coolest things I've seen on the YouTube.
Quickload says 8.6 Red Dot w/ 220 (.461 seating depth) gives 167K PSI, 1380 FPS.

I did some testing with BLL (mixed per instructions) over my normal lube (LBT Blue Soft) with NOE 360009 in the .358 Win BLR this weekend and am very pleased with the results. I shot 40 rounds...

Mine was the same. I warmed it enough to flow/measure and mixed according to the recipe with excellent results.

I cast and shoot more different .44 boolits than any other caliber, but if I could keep only one .44 mold, it would be MP 429640. It just so happens that the group buy is about to close on that one:...

I've been using the MP 357 125 and 147 no groove designs coated with Hi tek with great success in all my Glocks. My favorite conventional lubed bullet is the LBT .358 140 FN. It feeds reliably,...

Caveat: I don't have a M11, but I'm pretty sure this would work perfectly for your stated purpose. ...
I just picked mine up at the post office. You won't be disappointed.
With MP molds, reversing the hollow point pin allows it to cast a solid, but the HP pins will protrude from the bottom of the mold. I always spring for the solid pins, they're worth it.
Very nice write-up, I'll be putting this to use.
When all else fails, "because it's a 10mm" has worked for me more times than I'd care to admit. Beats "bear defense at a dinner party" I guess.
Despite my affection for all things 10mm, I use an LCP when the situation demands very discreet carry. It's light, fast, accurate within 10 yards, and 7 rounds of OK provides more options than 2...
