Ditto to CH4D dies & Jamison/Captec brass.
Original Rem brass is not as strong.
I liked and used 10.5 gr/4198/NOE 80grFN.
I just recently sold my Stevens 44.

Works good as a decapper, you can later put together handles & dies as you want for it.

You can try Large Rifle Magnum Primer to get a better burn, that's what I use with 5744, and it's worse than 4227 having unburned "popcorn".
