Are they Buffalo Bore 1892 Winchester .45 Colt strong?
Or are they strictly Black Hills Cowboy Action strong?

I use QuickLoad. But using 7.62x39 data as a starting point will be safe.
7.62x39 = 45k PSI
7.62x45 = 62k PSI
