So normally shoot 148gn WC or 158gn SWC. I shoot a S & W 686 with a 4" barrel and a Dan Wesson with a 10 inch barrel.
I have not cast uding GC bullets and wonder at what velocity you need them?

I was wrong. The bigger plate is 3/4 inch thick and 6" x 6.5"
The smaller one is 3/8 x 4" x 4"
I am not sure they go together but they had shrink wrap to hold all of them together.
