My generous friend just ordered a replacement nipple from Track of the Wolf for less than $20! I realize separate tools will work, but it would be so nice to have a dedicated all-in-one tool that...

Good idea. I like that company. They seem to have good products. I may just go with a solid brass one. I found a 3//8 brass rod and I was going to thread the end and make a ferrule, boar it out, turn...

Hi. My best friend just gave me a .50 caliber T/C Scout pistol for Christmas. I love the pistol and I’d love to get a couple of important accessories. There’s a takedown tool factory part #9430 I’d...
Hi. I know some might give me grief for asking about commercial plated bullets here, but here we are and if there’s anyone with experience that has useful suggestions I would appreciate your input....
Yes, the tc bullets seat fine. There is a very slight radius put on (I wouldn’t even call it a radius, I’d call it a “softening” of the top edge).
What is this “j-words” you speak of? Is this a...
Hi. I haven’t been reloading all that long, and the 9mm Bullets I’ve used are my own cast lead Bullets. These reload nicely with my 9mm Lee die set. Now my son wanted to me to get some jacketed...

I am not concerned about static and sensitive electronics. I am only concerned about a stray spark coming at an inopportune time (like when I’m measuring and dispensing...
Forum: Reloading Equipment
My concern is not that the static would “build” on the bench, but that built up static would find ground on my bench, and spark near powder, and ammo.

Hi. I currently have a loading bench made out off an old commercial sewing machine base with a section of old countertop screwed to it. It has served me well for the 3/4 year or so that I’ve had it...

I realize that I haven’t been a member for long, and that I have only read “the tip of the iceberg” when it comes to lube recipes, I am intrigued by the 45/45/10 mix, and wondered if anyone had...

You say “one coat should do it”, but what about after resizing the bullets? I have always heard to recoat, after resizing.

Hi. I’m sure some of you will say huh??!! (Palms to forehead) but I won’t know unless I ask. I’m fairly new to this and I recently started casting my own 9mm Bullets. I was given some liquid Xlox...

Hi. I recently got a set of .243 RCBS reloading dies to add to my meager reloading capabilities. A friend who casts Bullets said he could offer me a bullet no. 24-100-FN to use for target work and...

Nice engineering. I assume you don’t prime with the standard priming arm on your RCBS press with that brass tube in the ram?

The primer arm is not the problem. The groove that houses the primer arm is where the little primers end up getting caught. The primer arm (spring) is actually part of the solution!! See pictures.

Hi. I have an RCBS Rock Chucker press that I have been using and loving it. I’m sure all of you that have all the “new fangled” 3-D printed primer catchers on your presses don’t have this problem....

I was just foolin’. I actually think it looks great.

I agree. It def. needs a yellow handle grip.

Yes, but you must admit, it would fit in with the grader, payloader, and bulldozer when you’re on the job site doing reloading. [emoji849]

One feature that seems to be prominent on this press is that the handle is offset to the right (presumably to open the working parts up to better access). I’m guessing it is less expensive to cast...

Good point. And (pardon my naïvety, as a new Reloader) I’m guessing that if you take out, and reinstall the dies by gripping the lock ring instead of the die body, then the setting adjustment will...
