With the baffle or without it doesn't meter well through my measure. Which is terrible because I really like the powder. Shoots great.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the 309414 from NOE. That one does well in mine on top of about (check your data) 16 grains of 4227.

I had some discoloration on some of my PC'd bullets like you have. I found it rubbed off, to my surprise the PC was nice and shiny under what looked like damage. The dies don't do it anymore.

I haven't used VV110, but if it acts like H110 or 296 you wont get the load density you need in that case to make it work right.
