With my projectile you will need to load at least 9.1 grains of unique to be assured of achieving 1100 fps. However your projectile is harder. Wheel weights yield about a 11-12 BHN.

The only 4" I chronographed was the S&W 657 pictured in my old group photo up above. From that revolver, 9 grains of unique averaged 1071 fps.
