Boat tail or rebate base on bullet if desired. Anything over 200 yards for match shooting I would go with a boat tail bullet as it does have an effect on bullet drop beyond those yards.

I agree if you are wanting to make handgun bullets, casting is the cheapest and fastest way to accurate bullets. You can push cast bullets north of 1500 fps with pure lead with powder coated bullets...
