H335 is my go to powder for the 223 but I never thought about it for the 30-30. I might have to give it a try.

My favorite load in my 45-70 is a Lyman 385grn RNFP over varget. It leaves some unburnt powder in the barrel but it shoots so good I don’t want to change powders.
