Working on a enfield revolver.. the ones chambered in 38/200 mk1 no2
I am looking for what is called a cam lever..external part.. held on with a screw and locates on a pin. I can find the lever...
I reload them.. but with jackete projectiles.. have yet to ever find a mold and sizer..or I'd load cast...

I use coww for buckshot. Seems to do great. Slugs I tend to cast soft.

I think you'd be fine with it.. And for s&g's I'd see if a .359 projectile in a dummy case will drop in and fall out of the cylinder. It's likely the restriction of the cyl mouth is at the very end...

The images above in post 1 are of hollow point?? It's a small opening.. but AFAIK..it counts as HP not fmj.

reminds me of an arbor press. Wonder if it was a grommeting press..?
I use a case gauge just as a go / no go quick check on like 1 in 20 rounds. Your guns chamber is the real test..though if it passes a case gauge..it should fit ANY gun. I doubt the oversized...

Seeing many discussions on this form I'm sure it is highly confusing to new Reloaders to hear a lot of seasoned Reloaders say not to crimp something just to close the mouth flare when in fact for...
Forum: Cast Boolits
Try flairing the case mouth more so it doesn't shave..then taper crimp..see if it chamber correctly then. If you gave a Lee FCD even better..it has a carbide ring that should iron out any bulges.

In my experience.. lee alox dries fine unless you put a way too thick coating on it where it looks like a chocolate covered peanut. I thin alox with mineral spirits or naptha and will do a couple...

Great score..ive seen nearly 50% steel and zinc whenever I found any. By the time you factor in clips.. It's mostly 70% scrap. Also I've always seen stick on wheel weights as pretty much pure lead...

Is it shaving at seating and leaving a ring of crushed lead at the case mouth that then gets deposited at the chamber?

hit the ranges..pick up brass and shells..reload... cheapest way to shoot...
