I agree. Winchester is probably using the "41" nomenclature due to familiarity with CCI 41 primers. Unless CCI is actually real deal NATO primers.

I have always liked Starline, Winchester and Federal. Remington and some of the other brands seemed to have thin rims that warped easily. Most military brass is good too.
