I am sorry, I don't paper patch, I should have said that. I use a greaser with a lube cookie under it. I love the BACO alloy.

Balistoil and water mix and a good brush usually handles it nicely. In the event that it doesn't I add a little bronze wool to the brush and give it a few passes and the problem is solved.

So for the shooters of 45-120....what alloy are you using? I don't have time to collect wheel weights and clean them so I just buy alloy from Buffalo Arms.

I use Swiss 1.5f in 45-70, .577 Snider, and 45-120. The 45-70 gives me about 2 MOA, the .577 runs about 4 MOA and the 45-120 about 3/4 MOA. So to me it is worth it.

I know a half dozen IBSC competors and all of them necksize. While I don't compete myself, I have been necksizing for 30 years and have not seen any reason to change that.
