Back off your base punch or decrease your core weight. You are trying to fill your die with too much material for the cavity size.
If the lead can’t flow out your ejection pin hole, a cracked die...

Redding standard seater dies are better than rcbs standard seaters to me as I like a drop of high vis fingernail polish to see adjustments. I do prefer rcbs shell holders to all others.

For me, diameter tells if my dies are setup correctly and is the most important. Weight is important but oal means little to me.

What is the best way to cclean old lube out of lubesizer if I want to change lubes? It’s a hard lube so some heat will be required and I don’t want to knock the factory finish off the sizer

You normally use a HP core seating punch to seat the core in the jacket. Then run it into your point form die. The point form die will create the shape of the bullet leaving the hollow cavity.

Depending on what your bench is made of you will soon have rings in the top from tapping the cases. They hurt nothing but brownells or Sinclair sell a little white puck looking real to use for a tap.
