I bought 2 mihec molds this year. The only thing more impressive than the quality of the molds is how quick they arrived.

I bought harbor freight powder first because it was local and available. The difference in quality is very noticable between it and what i now buy from a vendor on this forum

Harbor Freight powder is a poor choice for shake and bake. I use their white but only mixed with other better powder.

38 short colt can be made from 38 special.
Be aware some headstamps have a thicker wall as it gets lower. I made around 100 cases using a jig and a belt sander. Took about 20 seconds per case...
