Trim to length, (they will probably shorten a bit when you fire form). Lube your cases and run them through your sizing die. pretty much it. I use lee case lube or Hornady ultimate lube.

I've had one for about a year, feeds 45 Colt just fine. No bulging cases with either caliber.
Bullseye or Unique or Titegroup might be your best bet. You have to use Ruger or Paco Kelly loads to make 2400 work right. I definitely would not use those loads in a Colt or Colt clone.
