I have to admit I shoot range pickup; I treat them just as would the others. Bottleneck cartridges get annealed before reloading. I only shoot cast now-a-days and loads are minimal.

I don't know what powder you're using but I bake mine at 400 for 20 minutes once the oven gets back up to temp. as a rule of thumb.

Try using a drill bit hole measure board, sort by fit. I slide my measures between stacked parts bins for easy visual.
