I bought a . 22 auto rifle about 40 years ago, marked Coast to Coast (hardware stores ) and right after killed a skunk in the chicken yard.
Marlin made these rifles and it was with me just about...

I've looked through the threads without success in finding out how to soften dried LL. I have half a squirt bottle of it that's dried out. I don't want to put it in the microwave and in a pan of very...

Pick up a copy of Muzzleloader magazine and look at the different ads by suppliers and gun builders. There's a wealth of information to glean there.

Yup. Had to answer the phone call from my daughter, "Just a quick question, Dad". I know better, so the quick questions from the daughter or wife get answered AFTER I shut down the pot and hot plate.

Several years ago we had a great little dog on the Ranch that got into some rat poison.
We prayed for her and the doctor who treated her. She survived and lived several more years. Prayers always...

I have been using the same method as rfd for years, on casts from. 223 to .45 colt.
Easy to do with no muss or fuss, YMMV.

Good morning and a great reminder.
Blessings.

I really like the Lee Auto Drum. Since I have been using it I have much better consistency than I had with the PPM.
I've kept the PPM for backup.

I had a similar situation happen several years ago. The reminder of it reminds me that taking time for a stranger could have been entertaining angels.

A great price and quick delivery. My dies arrived in good condition.

First of all, are you going to use them in a semi auto or a bolt action?
In my semi autos I resize, trim, load & shoot.

Great post. Thank you. I have an original '73 that has a rough barrel. I need to try your method and see if I can get rid of the key holes.

I have the NOE thermometer and by trial and error found the best temp for the melt. I keep the molds on a hot plate during casting and place the mold over the t-meter to keep the temp near the melt...

My LC9 does very well with the CFE powder. The Barnes 124 grain RN plated and the Pb 124 grain were remarkable. Not so with the 115 grain Barnes. I've yet to try it in 38 special.
