You didn't say what brand of rifle. If it's a Browning or new Winchester, you need 45-100 and trim back. They have long chambers.

My mistake, 7 round magazines.

Fit marlin 25n, 70 series, 880, 895, 925, 989 and possibly others im not aware of. Also fit rifles made for others.

They are 7\16 wide, 1&1\8 wide, 2&9\16 high. ...

I have 2, 7 shot marlin magazines.
I believe they are new unused.

The "W" stamp are, I think, the last Winchester made magazines and would be fine.

They do fit many models, 52, 69, 75 are some of them. This is what they look like
