I've load a whole lot of 223 for 3 gun. I use standard dies and whatever SR primer I have on hand at the time.

I hope they'll put out good guns at decent prices.

Make the boolits soft and it'll work fine I'd imagine. I've shot deer with the same alloy you're using out of a 30-30, and it wasn't great.

Google “mlok picatinny rail” and there are plenty of options.

I’ve never installed any of them, so I can’t tell you if it’s really easy or a pain.
