I have been told in the past that the best bullet for a two-grove 03A3 is the RCBS 165 gr SIL sized to .310. That is what I went with for mine.

If you shot the old ammo, be aware that any 45ACP prior to 1954 is likely corrosive. There are exceptions, but the change to non-corrosive happened in stages between 1951 and 1954.

I shoot the Lee bullet in all of my 40 S&Ws including my Model 411. It shoots well and comes in a 6 cavity mold.
