Shame I sold the 319295 I had a while back.

Wire wheel on the outside does work well. The ones I've done that were very rusty all have had discoloration left where the rust was. I don't that there is any way to remove the discoloration.

That's a rare find, awesome! Thank you for sharing.
Can't speak to the 59 Series Smiths, but several friends have had 3906 models, and they were good guns. Course, that one is a single stacker.
The Beretta doesn't fit me either. The double action...

336 and 1894 trigger plates and levers are not interchangeable. Pistol gripped 1894s were extremely scarce. I think the 1894FG was the only one that had a pistol grip.

Website says it was made in USA https://www.rcbs.com/presses/single-stage/rock-chucker-supreme-press/16-9356.html
I wouldn't get an original Rock Chucker as it doesn't have the compound linkage...

I drain my pot a couple times of year. I normally cast until its down pretty low and then ladle out as much as I can, then I (with gloves on)turn the put up and pour out the remainder into an ingot...
Forum: Boolit Lube !
I use White Lable 50/50 and I have to use a bit of heat when my room gets cold. I guess I don't have to, but it sure makes it easier. I just use an old hairdryer.

That's a great trick, thank you for sharing.

Sorry to hear about this. From the sounds of it, there wasn't any injury to shoot or rifle? How did you end up getting the case out?

I don't know that all dies that are carbide are marked carbide. They made steel dies for pistol calibers for a long time before carbide dies came into prevalence in the 1980s, and carbide dies were...
Sounds like you had a lot of fun. I like trying new bullets and powders for my favorite cartridges.
I've been hoping to come across a Blackhawk in 41 Magnum, I haven't gotten into the caliber yet.

I lower my ram onto the nut to square it to the threads when starting/tightening it.

Howdy.
I'd get a bronze bore brush, chuck it in a drill, use some penetrating oil, and scrub the inside of the sizing dies to see how they clean up. If they clean up good, then it's worth it to...
Very nice, congratulations! Quite classy looking with the silver grip adapter on it.

Howdy Tom. I spoke with Eric a short time back, I sent you a PM with the number.

The lube on the above Ranch Dog bullet is White Label 50/50.
Forum: Boolit Lube !
I run Ranch Dog's bullets in my Lyman 450. They have larger micro grooves than Lee's tumble lube bullets. The couple attempts I tried Lee TL bullets, I didn't get it to work so well. Best I recall, I...

I saw a fine english drilling once what had a cartridge trap for 7×57mmR. It was double barrel 16 gauges over 7mmR, and though it was a bit rough, it locked up solid and the quality was evident. Fit...

Thanks for the heads up, I haven't seen it yet.

I'd guess $250ish, judging by other uncommon caliber dies I've seen for sale.

Thank you much for sharing. That's an awesome and huge gun. I tried to guess the cartridges, and I was surprised that the small one on the end was 45-70. WOW.
I'm interested in where your find...

I looked through my Loadbooksusa manuals for both 357 Magnum and 38 Special, and it's not listed there. I would use 358429 data based purely on the used case volume being the same.
