Awhile back bought a few 22WRF cartages and fired them in a Davis 22 Mag derringer. Fired OK but smoke and smelled bad. HOLY black they were old black powder rounds.

Here we are, NO Blackhorn 209 to be bought.
So a friend did a deep dive into stock pile and found triple 777 in 2F and 3F so sticking to the DATA ,guess some 2F is in my future for 38-55.

Good information, still, bored and feeling the need to mess around with 2400.

HI. HR well I just cut 38/55 brass to 375 length ,loaded with smokeless and 250 grain bullet .379 diameter.

HI All; Has any one loaded Blackhorn 209 in 45 colt cases or into 357 mag cases. Did you use a filler under the bullet? Or a card under the bullet?
