Edited (I'm an idiot, feeder works fine).

I toyed around with the feeder last night and this morning. Was able to get consistent feeding nose up with the number 6 plate and a screw in the back to stand it off ever so slightly. Number 3...

Just rotated it 180 degrees. It alleviated the spring issue. #3 plate is on the printer now. Should have that done in about 3 hours.

I'll hit it with a drill now and print that #3 plate.

I don't think so. The reverse is missing the two taller holes which I'd need for the mount. I suppose I could always just drill baby drill.
Here's the mount side.

Tried moving it. No dice with the string stretch. Still the same. The only way to alleviate it would be to flip the bullet feeder 180 degrees. No idea why mine has stretch like that but none of the...

I'll try to grab a video later.
As for the mounting...yea it's too close on that side. I've played with its location as close to that side as I can get it (even propping it up on the other case...

Still having issues, although less so. It seems about 1 in every 12 is going in nose down. Here are some pictures to try to show the angle, etc. I'm not sure how much further I can tilt it before it...

Printing a #4 to try now. I had it at a pretty steep angle and was still getting ones that were flipping the wrong way. Regardless, it is cool to see this actually come to life after sitting around...

Well. I finally got my RL 1100 the other day and got around to hooking up everything including the bullet feeder. Testing it this morning I'm having some issues with my 9mm bullets orienting...

Has anyone developed a mount for a mirror over the case feeder to print?

Got it. That fixed my issue.
Thanks!

Hey guys. Quick question about the wiring for all of this. I'm having trouble getting the switch integrated and functioning.
So far, I've been able to successfully wire up the motor, speed...

Ah ha!
Thank you Tyler!
ETA: One other question. On the switch drop tubes, how difficult would it be to modify the STL to put the distance between the openings on the side (for where the screw...

I'm back with more silly questions.
Does anyone have pictures of the entire set up (even if sectioned off like the collator w/ electronic box, spring to drop tube, etc)? My speed controller...

I printed a new cluch plate and also drilled the shaft on the motor so I could thread the screw all the way in on the hex portion from both sides. I *think* that solved the problem. Mostly...

Possibly. I'll try to grind it down.
Good to know on the slider. I think that one side did raise up. I'll reprint with a brim.

That's what I was noticing as well. I tried adjusting the motor some and it was a little better than before but still having issues. Pictures were taken before I made the adjustment for whatever it...

Took a video to show the problems I'm having. Pictures to follow after Imgur comes back online.
ETA: I don't have the speed controller yet. Just testing everything, so its going at full tilt.

Tried that and still a little wonky. I'll keep fiddling with it. I have no nuts on the sidewalls currently so nothing to catch there.
For the slip clutch, the bolt heads are a little proud, so...

Well...I think I have everything I need printed...and most of the hardware has arrived (still waiting on my RL1100 so I can't mount it yet anyway). I began assembly this morning and ran into an...

Has anyone designed a mount for a small mirror to put on top of the bullet feeder (and/or Dillon case feeder)?
Ordered most of the hardware, etc. to actually build this thing (and I believe it is...

Well it looks like I was able to get it to adhere and then...not finish the print because the darn nozzle got clogged towards the end...

It's printing now with a brim. About 5 hours in and going strong. It should be close to done when I wake up...so hopefully it'll be all good.
