I sent my 60+ year old Sheridan to Michael's Lock Stock and Barrel and he did a great job. I believe he repairs Benjamins also. He has a web site you can check out.
I have never done business with him so your milage may vary, I remember reading he rebuilds old benjamin pump guns.

That's what I did for my wife's old Sheridan. The Mac1 kit and tool isn't very expensive and the guns are super easy to work on. It works good as new now!
Baker Air guns in Ohio is another choice, I've bought parts from them, easy to deal with on parts.
I've been told their work is good.
If it were me, I'd ring Crosman -- 1-800-724-7488. If they/you choose not to sent it to them for repair, I do believe they have a listing of authorized dealers/shops for their products. A free call ;)... can't hurt?
