Are there special screws for casting soft lead balls No. 12, 13 or smaller
Or is there some way to get this size in any way, whether by casting or any other method
Thanks

I don't understand.
If you are referring to the orifice or drippers in a shot maker, no. #9 is the smallest.

yes #12 shot pellets
There are balls number 6
7 balls
There are also balls number 12
And others as in the picture
My question is about balls of size 12, how can they be made, especially since I searched for train screws and did not find it?
Ask how such tiny little balls work

I can only assume english is not your first language. I don't mean this in any demeaning or disparaging manner, but the words you are saying do not make the slightest bit of sense. You are going to have to use a different translator, else we can't help you. What is your native language? Maybe someone who speaks it can help?
cant make them you have to buy them that small
A shotmaker ( you can buy or build one) will produce pellets as small as #9 but no smaller. If you want #12 shot you'll have to buy it. I have no idea where you can find it.
What do you use #12 shot for?
I'm sure there is some way to make a very small shot
I want it for small birds so that it doesn't get torn
In the USA we order #12 from Ballistic Products.

They carry #11 now, too.
Number 10-12 and dust are most likely made by the sieve method dropped in a shot tower. I would believe the surface tension of the lead alloy would be to much that it would not flow through such a small orefice. JM2C
It may be possible to make "dust" shot from a dripper, but it'll probably need some sort of vibrating/motion to free the droplets before they grow too big. On the other hand, a short drop should be enough to solidify the shot, eliminating the need for a messy coolant tray.
I'm picturing a test-setup, involving a perforated tin can, a vibrating engraving tool and a second floor window. Any takers..?
#12 is snake shot. 2 meter effective range. Make a #9 shot dripper, it sounds like you are chasing your tail.
