Ohaus Moulds
Some may want to call this a salesman's sample. It is not, it is a gun writer sample set. A select few gun writers received these sets when Ohaus decided to get deeper into reloading tools. As the moulds were cut with Lyman cherries there is nothing new here and the writer who received these just stored them away, rather than create stories about how wonderful they were. ARTCA was fortunate to receive them into the archives several years ago.

i have had a couple in past. The 2 i had the vent lines were VERY shallow and was hard to cast 38s . when you turned up the heat you got bullets that were very frosted .

WOW ! That complete set up is something else . Talk about New In Box ...that is NIB.
How many boxed sets do you estimate were sent out ? I bet very few remained intact and unused !
Thanks for posting, I enjoy seeing things like this.

With everything in that briefcase Ill bet it wasn't a lot of fun to carry around either. But an interesting piece of history.
